Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. About SouthAI

SouthAI provides account-based access to artificial intelligence services, related tools, subscription features, usage management, notifications, and customer support. This Privacy Policy explains in plain language the types of information SouthAI may process in order to provide and protect the service.

2. Information You Provide

When you create or use a SouthAI account, you may provide information such as your name, email address, account credentials, contact details, subscription information, support requests, and notification preferences.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your password and other account credentials.

3. Chats, Files, and Service Usage

SouthAI may process prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, generated responses, and related usage information when necessary to provide AI functionality and other requested services.

Customers should avoid submitting passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information in AI conversations or files.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

SouthAI may process information needed to identify subscriptions, credits, renewals, payment status, and account activation. Payments may be handled through external payment providers, payment networks, or other supported payment methods.

External payment providers may process payment-related information under their own terms and privacy practices. SouthAI does not require customers to enter payment-card credentials directly into these public legal pages.

5. Email and Telegram Notifications

SouthAI may use email and, when enabled by the customer, Telegram to send service-related notifications such as account messages, payment confirmations, renewal information, subscription status, security notices, and low-credit alerts.

Customers can control normal Email and Telegram notification preferences through the available account settings. Some essential security or account messages may still need to be delivered when required to operate or protect the account.

6. Service and Security Information

SouthAI may maintain limited technical, operational, security, and audit information such as access events, service activity, error information, security events, and records needed to investigate abuse or protect accounts and platform reliability.

7. External AI and Service Providers

SouthAI may use external AI, infrastructure, email, notification, payment, storage, or other service providers where necessary to operate platform functionality. Information relevant to a requested function may therefore be processed by those providers when needed to deliver the service.

8. Data Security

SouthAI uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and service information against unauthorized access, misuse, or accidental loss. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

SouthAI keeps information only for periods reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain account continuity, support billing and security, resolve disputes, or satisfy legitimate operational requirements.

When a paid subscription expires without renewal, SouthAI may keep the account and associated chat and file data for a limited retention period so that the same account can be renewed. After that period, account content may be deleted, while limited billing, security, and audit records may be retained where operationally necessary.

10. Your Choices

Customers may update available account settings and Email or Telegram notification preferences. Customers may also contact SouthAI support regarding account information, access questions, or available account-management options.

11. Changes to This Policy

SouthAI may update this Privacy Policy when platform features or operating practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

12. Contact

Questions about privacy or account information may be sent to support@southai.org.
