1. Using SouthAI

These Terms describe the basic conditions for using SouthAI. By creating an account or using SouthAI services, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your password and account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized use is reported and verified.

SouthAI may require email verification or other reasonable security checks before allowing access to particular account features.

3. Subscriptions and AI Credits

Paid AI access may depend on an active subscription and available AI credit. Available credit represents permitted service usage under the customer's current plan and is not a bank account, stored monetary balance, or cash deposit.

When available AI credit is exhausted, access to AI usage may pause. The SouthAI account may remain accessible so the customer can review the account and complete a renewal or other available account action.

4. Payments and Renewals

SouthAI may support one or more payment methods through external payment providers or payment networks. A subscription or renewal becomes active only after the applicable payment or activation process has been successfully confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the price, plan, payment method, and renewal information shown at the time of purchase. Availability of particular payment methods may change.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use SouthAI lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to attack systems, distribute malicious software, interfere with platform operation, gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, abuse service limits, impersonate other users, or intentionally misuse SouthAI or its providers.

6. Customer Content

You are responsible for prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit to SouthAI. You should only upload or submit information that you are authorized to use and process.

7. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated responses may contain errors, incomplete information, or unexpected results. Important information should be independently reviewed and verified, especially before it is used for professional, financial, legal, medical, safety-related, or other significant decisions.

8. External AI and Service Providers

SouthAI may rely on external AI models, infrastructure providers, payment providers, email or notification services, and other third-party services to provide platform functionality. Their availability and performance can affect parts of the SouthAI service.

9. Service Availability and Changes

SouthAI aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services, technical problems, security events, or platform updates may temporarily affect availability.

SouthAI may update, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the platform.

10. Suspension or Restriction

SouthAI may temporarily restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, security threats, unauthorized use, payment problems, or serious violations of these Terms.

11. Account and Data Retention

When a subscription expires, AI access may stop while account access remains available for renewal. SouthAI may retain account, chat, and file information for a limited period after expiration to support renewal and account continuity.

If the account is not renewed within the applicable retention period, SouthAI may delete account content and associated service data. Limited billing, security, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for operational purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

SouthAI may update these Terms as the service develops. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
